Move For Hunger Hosts Electric Yoga Fundraiser

Move For Hunger has gained national notariety for the work the do not only at the Jersey Shore, but across the country. Now, they are planning a very unique event that blends yoga and dance. It's called Electric Yoga!

On August 24th at 7 p.m., Move For Hunger will hold the first ever Electric Yoga Experience, a one-of-a-kind yoga event that blends the serenity and spirituality of traditional yoga with the energy and excitement of the modern electronic age.

For one night only, the Hoop Group Headquarters located at 1930 Heck Avenue (Building 3) in Neptune will be transformed into a unique Yoga studio complete with lights, lasers, glow body paint and hundreds of yogis coming together for a good cause.

Nationwide, 1 in 6 Americans does not have enough to eat. In Monmouth County alone, 62,000 people—including 21,000 children—suffer from hunger. To combat these devastating statistics, Move For Hunger has delivered 2,000,000 pounds of food to food banks across the United States and Canada.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Move For Hunger, a Neptune-based hunger relief non-profit that strengthens the hunger relief efforts of food banks across New Jersey and North America.
