Precious Dog Whose Family Let Her Go

This family decided their dog was too active. So Gertie ended up at the Monmouth County SPCA.

Our  one-year-old Point Pet of the Week would really love a new home, with the kind of family that likes to exercise their dog...and exercise WITH their dog.

Gertie is very playful and loves attention. She likes toys and balls and will throw them around to amuse herself.

She is smart, too, and knows 'sit', 'down', 'stay', and 'come', and she'll 'shake', too! Gertie loves belly rubs and playing with other dogs.

This is a sweet dog that is a staff favorite at the MCSPCA.

And Sunday at Matawan's 1st Annual Dog Night Out at Terhume Park (across the the Community Center) on Broad Street from 4 pm - 7 pm.
