It was a close race, with Red Bank just narrowly beating Asbury Park and Somerville. Votes were tallied from Auguest 22nd - September 26th.

The nomination was submitted with a great description:

Red Bank is an historic downtown with an array of boutiques and shops to surprise you, restaurants that delight the taste buds, entertainment opportunities that rival NYC, and world class events.'

Do I gush about RB enough? Allow me to do it again:

Seriously, if you've never checked out the town, you're missing out! A totally walkable downtown area with awesome restaurants, unique stores, amazingly friendly people, and just an overall cool vibe.

See a show at the Basie, have an amazing meal, do a little shopping, walk down to the river...see it all...it really is A Cool Little Town!

As for the rest of the state? Hoboken took the win for North Jersey, while Ocean City easily took the win for South Jersey.
