Which Sea Creatures Are Most Often Spotted At The Jersey Shore?

One of the great joys of a summer at the Jersey Shore is being on, at or near the water. So which sea creatures are Jersey Shore residents seeing most often?

That's the exact question we asked you here at the very beginning of our glorious summer, and what we learned is that a lot of people have spotted a lot of marine life in our local waters.

So here are the top three vote getters in our sea creatures poll.

Dolphins...71%

Whale...14%

Seal...14%

Liz and I have seen both dolphins and a whale already during our live broadcasts from the few New Jersey Natural Gas Asbury Park Boardwalk Studio that we've had already this summer.

We haven't seen a seal yet, but hey, the summer is young, right?
