Stealing Lou’s Mic!

Fun things happen every Friday at our Asbury Park live show. But a new doggie co-host?

We had some wonderful people stop by our Asbury broadcast on Friday once the downpours stopped!

First, a lovely bride-to-be and the mom of the bride came to see us in their pre-wedding attire. They had such a huge affair planned for that evening: a wedding on the beach, a procession down the Asbury boardwalk complete with a band, and a reception at the Berkeley-Carteret. (Turns out the weather DID cooperate and the wedding went off without a hitch!)

But what happens when Lou Russo walks away from his mic? Well, we found out when loyal listeners Nancy and Frannie stopped by with the only Benny we truly welcome at the beach (LOL!) and this precious dog took right to the microphone! Actually, instead of replacing Lou, this dog LOVED him : )

Come see us one (or every) Friday this summer as we do our show live from the Boardwalk in Asbury Park, 5:30 - 10 am, near the mini-golf and Silverball Museum/Arcade. Parking is plentiful and free until 9 am! You will LOVE it down there and we would love to meet you!
