One of the most touching stories of the Giants amazing Super Bowl run was Justin Tuck's 'Brick Strong' bracelet. Tuck got the bracelet from Middletown boy Evan Sullivano, who was battling Leukemia. Justin and Evan met through the Ashley Lauren Foundation and became great friends. When Evan lost his battle to leukemia, Tuck vowed to never take the bracelet off...and he hasn't. My first real exposure to the Ashley Lauren Foundation was at the Giants practice facility where I saw the Foundation give New Jersey kids battling cancer a chance to meet their favorite football heroes, including Eli Manning. It was amazing to see their faces, and it was there I first met Mark Levine. Mark was a young boy who had passion for many things, including burgers. I was also fortunate enough to be there when the Foundation was able to grant his wish of meeting Bobby Flay.
