With the chill in the air, it may not feel like it, but spring has arrived after a warm and stormy winter.
With warmer weather right around the corner we "spring ahead" this coming weekend, but first we've got to face a little late winter snow and ice later today into tonight.
The 2012-2013 winter, on the surface, doesn't appear to be too harsh in terms of weather. However, the numbers present a different story.
