Rebuilding Belmar will take place throughout the town, and a Benefit for Hope will take place in Forked River.

Friends, family, and the whole community is invited by 10th Avenue Freeze Out to Rebuilding Belmar, Nov. 24th, 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.. Opening ceremony is from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Pyanoe Plaza (9th and Main). $20/person gets you two drink tickets and a free buffet...plus free admission to all bars. Participating bars include Bar A, Boathouse, 507 main, Connolly Station, Nicchio, and Jack's Tavern. Entertainment throughout the day and night with acts like Pat Roddy, Brian Kirk, Cari Fletcher, Mike Dalton, Billy Lawlor, Charlotte Sometimes and After the Reign.

The Benefit For Hope Relief for Hurricane Sandy will take place at Latitudes on the River in Forked River on Friday, Nov. 30th,  7 p.m. - 11 p.m. It's an evening of music, auction prizes, food, drinks and more in support of the community. Tickets and all proceeds go directly to local displaced families. Musical guests The Apple Pickers Union will perform a mix of roots, rock and reggae. Tickets are $20/person at the door, which includes tickets for use in the auction prizes.
