Meet Caden, who is a little boy fighting a long list of severe medical conditions. His mom has been fighting for him to get the help he needs, taking care of him and his siblings while trying over and over to get doctors to help. Now SHE has been diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. Please help us help this family. Watch the video. Click on the links. Make donations. Attend the fundraiser. Say prayers.

Matt and Jill Zane are two teachers from the Wall Township School District. They have triplets, and one of them, Caden, is a chronically ill, disabled little boy. Every day is a serious struggle for him. Now Jill has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized to her bones and two organs. No family should have to suffer this much. This is the time to come together as a community and help them.

Between the time and costs required for Jill's cancer treatments and all of Caden's medical needs and expenses, the struggles of managing home and work commitments, and also caring for their other children Ethan and Emily, our hearts go out to the Zane family.

Jill continues to try to find new doctors who believe they can help Caden beyond a brief visit. Since he was born, Caden has been diagnosed with 25 conditions. No child should suffer that much. Ever.
