Have you ever heard of arachidonic acid? Well, too much of it can apparently put you in a bad mood. In a study reported at huffingtonpost.com, foods such as meat and fish are high in arachidonic acid and high levels of it can cause 'mood-disturbing brain changes', according to an earlier study.

So what's the answer? Grab the vegetables! Vegetarians in the study reported less stress and better mood scores. Just when I bought my new grill and started dreaming of a nice juicy steak and a few burgers, this news comes out!
