What Are Your Plans For Memorial Day Weekend? [POLL]

Now that May is half over, it's time to start thinking about summer. The unofficial start to a Jersey shore summer is less than two weeks away! We have the great fortune of living where most people have to travel to for summer celebrations, so what are your plans?

The first word that comes to my mind is barbeque. Friends, family and a perfectly cooked burger...that's summer!! Of course, for others the first word they think of is 'beach'. Even though it was a warm winter, for many of us, it's still been a long time since we felt the sand between our toes and the sound of the seagulls.

There are people, however, who think summer means traffic, crowds and no parking. There is some truth to that, too. It's kind of the price we pay for living where we do. I have met people who live near the beach who won't move their car all weekend long, so they don't lose their parking spot.   

 So what will you do to kick off Summer 2012? Are you ready to dive into another Jersey shore summer?
