What’s Your Favorite Boardwalk Stuffed Animal?

Meet Mr. Pickle. He has become part of our family since winning him on the boardwalk last summer. Read on to find out why he has peanuts in his mouth.

Benjamin and his Uncle Mikey were playing one of the boardwalk games (I think it might have been 'Balloon Pop') over the summer and came away with this cheesy prize.

We have now grown to love Mr. Pickle, a prominent part of our household and family.  Now there is a running joke between my boys and their aunt and uncle. You see, we take turns hiding Mr. Pickle when we know we are getting together, and that little stuffed animal has now been to almost as many places as your favorite Flat Stanley.

Most recently, we all got together to take my mom out for her birthday. When we got to Texas Roadhouse in Holmdel, I grabbed one of the peanut buckets, and Benj shoved Mr. Pickle inside, then we covered him with peanuts. When Uncle Mikey went to grab a handful...well, we had a good laugh.
