And there are two markets in Monmouth County that are ON FIRE!

The first....

Bradley Beach

Current Home Value: $558,114
Yearly Growth: 10%

Kind of ironic because the median income is below the rest of the state but what do we know.

And the second....

Spring Lake

Current Home Value: $1,480,061
Yearly Growth: 8.82%

Definitely for those retired folks! A lot of 65+ can be found here. But for a nice house, I can suck it up.
