As a woman who has never experienced childbirth, this is a story that blows my mind and scares me to death at the same time.
An Iowa woman has given birth to a 13lb, 13 oz. baby…naturally. No surgery, no epidural. Huffington Post is reporting that little Asher Stewardson was born last Thursday after putting mom Kendall through six hours of labor.
14 lbs. I can’t fathom it. I’m convinced that mothers have some superhuman powers. If you’re a mom, take a moment to pat yourself on the back. And go treat yourself to a massage or something.
