7 New Stores Coming Soon to Middletown

There's a lot of construction happening on Route 35 in Middletown. Here's a look at what's opening in the near future.

The eyesore that is the vacant Steak & Ale lot at 1287 Route 35 will soon be home to a Mavis Discount Tires and Dunkin Donuts.

That used to be Value City Furniture at 1200 Route 35 South. Look forward to a new CVS and Chase Bank.

The lot at 1226 Route 35 where Friendly's used to serve sundaes will soon have a Wawa serving, well, everything.

This is a shot from August of what used to be Bed Bath & Beyond in the Middletown Marketplace. The store's sign has been taken off the building and will display Tractor Supply Co. soon. Tractor Supply Company is an American retail chain of stores that offer products for home improvement, agriculture, lawn, and garden maintenance, and livestock, equine and pet care.

And last but not least, Middletown Plaza is getting a new tenant. Moe's Southwest Grill will be a part of the massive complex soon.
