A Union City woman has been arrested after a 2-year old child in her care as a babysitter was injured.
Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez issued a statement on Thursday announcing that the HCPO Special Victim's Unit arrested 24-year old Raquel Bravo and charged her with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4a(2), a crime of the second degree.
Following her arrest at her Union City residence, Prosecutor Suarez said that Bravo was brought to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, pending her first court appearance.
The 2-year old girl suffered injuries to her back and thigh in an incident in Union City while under the care of Raquel Bravo.
