How To Tackle Back-to-school Anxiety This Season
53% of parents of children under the age of 18 say back-to-school season is the most stressful time of the year.
That's even more stress than the holidays can bring on!
Some ways for parents to manage those anxious feelings include preparing early for scheduling changes, talking it out, trying to stay calm, getting together with friends, and knowing the signs of a more serious problem, according to Brown University Health.
