I'm about to give you the easiest BBQ corn recipe ever...you're welcome!  All you need to do is keep the corn in its husk and trim the corn silk at the tip.  Remove some of the outer leaves and place the corn on the grill, turning occasionally.  The outside will have a charred look, but the inside will be tender and sweet.  After turning for approximately 20 minutes, remove from the grill and serve.  Remove the husk and if you want to prepare butter with salt and herbs, that's your choice.  If it's a quality piece of Jersey corn, the butter and salt are not necessary.  The best part is the corn will stay warm in the husk for quite a while so even your late arriving guests will enjoy.  Be sure to check out the Atlantic Highlands Farmer's Market on Fridays from 11am-5pm throughout the Summer.  You can also get farm fresh veggies in Downtown Freehold with their Farmer's Market every Friday from 11am-4pm in front of the Hall of Records.  Happy Grilling!
