Brick Veterinarian Hosts Bootcamp Class to Help Dogs
If you love dogs and fitness...there's a fun way to celebrate both this Saturday!
You and your kids are invited to "Wellness for Wags" at The Lift in Point Pleasant Beach (near the train station) this Saturday, July 15th..
Doors open at 3:30 pm and the fun begins at 4 pm with a 45 minute yoga class for kids.
Then, from 5 - 6 pm, take a high energy boot camp class led by fun-loving veterinarian (and good friend of The Point Morning Show) Dr. Adam Christman, who is Co-Chief of Staff at Brick Town Veterinary Hospital.
If you prefer a slower pace, take a sweet Vinyasa yoga class from 6 - 7 pm with Jenn Vinges.
And you can learn some MMA fighting moves from George Sullivan!
Wellness for Wags is a donation-based event to raise awareness and funds for the BFF Dog Rescue NJ. Suggested donation is $5 for kids and $10 for adults. Your presence is more important than your participation, so stop in and make a donation even if you're not up for a workout.
BFF Dog Rescue NJ, Inc. is an all-volunteer, no-kill, all-breed dog rescue non-profit organization. They have no paid employees and depend on the financial kindness of animal lovers to continue their work in saving the lives of the dogs they rescue. To make a donation or get more info, CLICK HERE.
