Colbie's Southern Kissed Chicken in Mount Holly is Now Permanently Closed

If you search the location online, it says that the fast-casual restaurant, serving Nashville hot chicken, sandwiches, sides, plus fried Oreos, is now permanently closed.

The Mount Holly location opened in March 2021 on Route 38.

Other locations include Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia (home of the Phillies), the Trenton Thunder Ballpark, and the Philadelphia Zoo.

The business is owned by Michael Colby, with former Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard as a co-owner.

Locals React to the Closure of Colbie's Southern Kissed Chicken in Mount Holly

"I live next to it, worked there for a few weeks when it first opened, it was extremely loved at first! But slowly just faded into nothing, never saw anyone there, maybe one car in the drive-thru now and then," according to a Facebook post.

"That’s a shame. I liked it there and the staff was nice. Beautiful building. Curious what will become of it?"

"That’s a shame. They should have been busier than they were. The sandwiches were good!"
