Community Walk in Downtown Freehold

The theme for this year’s Community Walk in Downtown Freehold is “Walk As One.”  On Saturday, June 29^th, diversity will be celebrated as the Freehold Borough Human Relations Committee, Recreation Commission and Unity Coalition of Greater Freehold invite you to walk as one starting at 2:30pm in front of Borough Hall, Main Street.  After the walk, the festivities will continue at Court Street School with music from DJ Jay, games, bounce house and other activities for the kids as well as a variety of good eats.  You’ll have a chance to tour the Historic Court Street School built in 1921, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 4, 1995.  Cash in your registration ticket for a free ice-cream cone or flavored ice of your choice courtesy of Jasmin Ice Cream. They'll have your chance to win prizes as you celebrate this wonderful community event.
