Enjoy The Outdoors And Experience The Charm Of New Jersey’s Cooper River Park
If you're looking to get outside and enjoy the lovely weather we've been having in New Jersey lately, make your way to Cooper River Park for a scenic 3.8-mile loop around the river.
Here, you can soak in stunning views of the water, surrounded by the vibrant colors of fall foliage that create a beautiful backdrop.
I visited this past weekend, and the park was bustling with energy, people running, power walking, and leisurely strolling, all embracing the beautiful day.
Covering 346 acres, this Camden County park stretches through Pennsauken, Cherry Hill, Collingswood, and Haddon Township.
It’s a great spot to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
It features a playground for kids, picnic areas perfect for family gatherings, recreational fields for sports enthusiasts, and a great running/walking trail you can explore at your own pace.

After all that walking, you’re sure to work up an appetite, and there’s no better place to satisfy it than LaScala's, a fantastic restaurant overlooking the water.
It's located at 5300 North Park Drive.
We stopped there for lunch after our walk and it was delicious. I had the Chicken Cacciatore and didn't leave anything on my plate!
Just a short distance away is downtown Collingswood, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the charming main street where there are a bunch of great restaurants!
