Tis the season for holiday decorations! I am super excited about this one! I am all about reusing items and turning them into something else. Upcycling in a sense. This one is super easy and if you have a child that likes to do crafts, this one is perfect for them. All you need are old magazines/catalogs of varying sizes, your hands and some tape or staples. Now if you want to be super fancy, you could probably use crafting items to decorate the tree and maybe a super small pack of battery-operated wired LED lights or you can leave it as is.

Here is a step by step of how to make your own.

STEP 1.

Take the top right corner of magazine cover and fold it until the edges match up and the piece makes a right triangle.

STEP 2.

Take the next corner of triangle and fold it so it looks like a upside down waffle cone.

STEP 3.

Fold the little tab at the bottom up so that the point is facing up.

STEP 5.

When all the pages are folded, staple or tape the 2 cover pages together to make it look like a tree and should you choose to, decorate it using crafting items.
