The restaurant which runs parallel to the Court Jester eatery sustained smoke and water damage to the front of the building.

The Freehold Fire Department and Freehold Police Department were dispatched to Federici's Family Restaurant and the Court Jester Restaurant after employees and patrons of both businesses reported seeing smoke inside, according to Freehold Fire Department (Station 15).

No injuries were reported.
