Week 8 was a good week overall for the Central senior, who averaged 12.3 points, 10.3 rebounds and 5.3 blocks in a 2-1 week for the Golden Eagles. Krzyzkowski really stood out, though, in a win over Brick Memorial, in which she posted 13 points, 18 rebounds and 10 blocks to notch a triple-double.

The Week 8 Girls Player of the Week Contest was a runaway, with Krzyzkowski collecting 53 percent of the vote to beat Red Bank's Camryn Gardner (22 percent). As the latest Seaview Orthopaedics Player of the Week in girls basketball for the 2021-22 season, Krzyzkowski will be awarded a $25 gift card to Jersey Mike's.
