Have You Seen the New Apartments Coming to Toms River, NJ?
Something new is coming to Toms River - what is it?
Jersey Shore Online gave the heads up that the construction being done by the Seacourt Pavilion will be an apartment complex. Take a look at what was approved, according to the article:
Approved were 128 residential units, a pool, a dog park and a tot lot. Of these, there would be 46 one-bedroom units, 76 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom. The three-bedroom units would be made for people with lower incomes, since every town in New Jersey is required to set aside some homes in this manner.
Jersey Shore Online also notes that there is no word when the project will be completed as of yet.
This is just one of many construction projects happening here in Ocean County. Just yesterday, Shawn Michaels told you about the new Farm Store drive-thru coming to Route 37 in Toms River. There is also a project in Brick where Jersey Paddler was that is supposed to be a Royal Farms gas station, and another one in Wall near the Parkway, but we still don't know what will become of that one.
What do you think of the new apartment complex coming near the Seacourt Pavillion? Since people are buying homes later in life now, I see the need for more apartment complexes. And the pool, dog park, and tot lot make it sound like this complex would be a nice place to live. It's located by a lot of stores too, and not too far from the Ocean County Mall, so it'd be pretty convenient.
