We're still enjoying local summer here at the Jersey Shore, but cooler weather will be here before you know it. It's already getting a little chilly during the morning and evening hours.

But let's be honest, I think we've all been in that situation where we think we've got it under control, only to realize it's way harder than expected.

The Most Common Incomplete Project For New Jersey Homeowners

If you have a few projects unfinished around the house, you're not alone, with 23% of respondents saying that the most common incomplete project was painting a wall or room.

The New Jersey real estate market continues to chug along.
Below is a county-by-county breakdown of median home prices and how they much they jumped in 2024. Many counties saw double-digit increases in home values, according to the data from New Jersey Realtors from November 2023 to November 2024.
