Whenever I see one (which is pretty rare where I live in New Jersey), it's always such an incredible and exciting sight. When my in-laws lived in Hunterdon County, a hot air balloon actually landed on their property, and the pictures were amazing. It was such an unexpected moment right in their backyard!

There's a hot air balloon festival that's coming up in Warren County, and it's one of those events that feels so magical. You really have to experience it in person!

The hot air balloons launch in the evening around 6:30 pm, but it's a day full of fun with arts & craft vendors, food trucks, children's activities, and musical entertainment from 1 pm to 8:30 pm.
