Spoiler alert: it's your every move.

When I clicked 'Settings' and dove into the 'Privacy' options on my iPhone, it was creepy. Not only did my phone log my every location (whether I "checked in" with an app or not), but it also provides a map and the exact times spent at each location.

There are many reasons why you want to turn this function off. If your phone was ever stolen, your home and work addresses could easily be accessed. I'm not even going to get into anyone with "trust issues." Check out my video below where I show you how to clear your history and turn 'Frequent Locations' off.
