Longtime New Jersey Restaurant & Brewery Closing

The Delaware location was the very 1st to open, back in 1996. It's sad to see them go. I've been to the Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Maple Shade several times (which is still open) and have always had a great meal.

The one closing in New Jersey is located in Voorhees at 13107 Town Center Blvd.

Patch reports:

A company spokesperson called the closures a "difficult decision ... as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to adapt to a changing business landscape while focusing on strengthening its long-term growth and success."

With a wide range of options, from Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls to burgers, chicken sandwiches, and Baja Fresh Style Tacos, you can also check out the beer menu here, including the Hometown Tap, Livin' in the Shade, which is "an American Pilsner with cracker-like malt character. It is hopped with a blend of noble hops and just a little bit of American hops. This all adds up to a crisp and clean lager that is both refreshing and flavorful," according to the website

There are 16 locations left, including locations in Georgia and South Carolina.
