New Jersey Has One of the Coolest Cave Restaurants in America
Restaurants and cafes in New Jersey are the best, yes, but what about a cave restaurant? Sounds pretty cool to me.
It seems like such a unique and eccentric place to choose to eat. I'm not even kidding it's a restaurant in a cave.
I do believe that this is the only cave restaurant in New Jersey. The look of this place is so unique, it's definitely on my bucket list.
Where is the cave restaurant in New Jersey and what is it called?
The Cafe Archetypus is a truly unique eatery as you can see from the outside its a chance to dine in a cave. It's located in Bergen County in Edgewater, New Jersey.
Wow, checking out their menu, there is a lot to choose from. Anything from burgers to nachos to Eastern meals, to milkshakes, and ice cream sundaes. It looks delicious, something for everyone. The kids would love this place, also.
The hours for Cafe Archetypus are Monday through Thursday 6 pm - 11 pm. Friday 6 pm - 12 am, Saturday 12 pm - 12 am, and Sunday 12 pm - 11 pm. There is indoor cave seating and priority seating, according to the cafe's webpage.
All kinds of unique dishes and very tasty looking desserts and coffee. Desserts like “Dark Desire” which is warm chocolate cake with dulce de leche & vanilla ice cream, Nutella and crushed English toffee. “Devil Love” which is warm cocoa cake with dulce de leche & chocolate ice cream with chipotle fudge. Yes, those desserts.
