New Jersey Reality Stars Cause Big Drama at New York Convention

You can always count on New Jersey to bring the drama.

This past Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, was a huge event in reality television.  All of the reality stars on Bravo get together for BravoCon in NYC: a convention for fans to connect with their favorite reality stars for exciting panels, to see memorabilia from their beloved shows, and for some spicy fun!

With so many reality tv stars in one place, it's no wonder some drama went down.  And very lovingly, it's also no surprise that a lot of the drama came from New Jersey.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast is known for shaking things up wherever they go, and that was certainly the case at BravoCon.

As you probably know, siblings Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga, and Joe's wife Melissa have not had the easiest relationship.  They further drew a line in the sand when Melissa and Joe opted not to attend Teresa's wedding to Louie Ruelas.

BravoCon was the first time the estranged family members were in the same place since their latest argument.  According to People Magazine, things were tense when Joe Gorga ran into his niece, Teresa's daughter Gia Giudice, and the two ignored each other.  It's a stark difference from their close relationship we've seen on the show.

Joe's awkward run in with his niece wasn't his only drama of the weekend. Us Weekly reports that fellow cast member Jennifer Aydin allegedly threw a drink at Gorga in a hotel lobby.  No motive for the argument has been given, but Real Housewives of New Jersey fans can infer it probably had to do with Jennifer taking Teresa's side in the argument.
