Jennifer Aniston Gets $9 Million NYC Apartment

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Aniston has just purchased a Gramercy Park apartment for a cool $9 million. It's apparently the only apartment in the building that has a view of Gramercy Park from the master bedroom and includes housecleaning and butler service. For 9 million bucks none of that should come as a surprise!

It's not just the purchase price that's unbelievable though. Could you imagine getting your monthly bill for maintenance fees and opening the envelope to find you owe $11,000!! I'll say that slower. Maintenance fee...eleeeeeven thoooouusand.  Must be nice.
