Get into the Halloween Spirit this Friday and Saturday at the Historic Village at Allaire for the retelling of Washington Irving’s famous tale, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, bringing it to life at the Allaire Chapel.
Come celebrate Keansburg turning 100 years next weekend at the Keansburg Centennial Celebration, kicking off Friday night at Baywalk East with live music, food trucks and a beer garden. Saturday and Sunday start off with a Fishing Derby, followed by a carnival at Forest Park with a watermelon eating contest, food trucks, live music, and let’s not forget the beer garden.
Seaside Heights Italian Street Festival returns Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with live music, all kinds of Italian specialties, art, and craft vendors… and the 26th annual Ocean county Columbus Day Parade kicks off at 1 PM with bands, floats, antique cars, clowns, contests and more.
Zombie Kids Dance Troupe Flash Mob, Oh yeah, it’s happening. Saturday at the 10th Annual Asbury Park Zombie Walk, this dance troupe of all kids will be performing between 1:30 and 2 on the boardwalk in Asbury Park. For all the details you need on this year’s zombie walk, stick with 943 The Point.
Saturday, October 7th – if you missed Yoga with Goats this summer, not to worry… they’re back for the fall. I mean, goats are fun, and yoga is more fun with goats! Plus it’s for a good cause, helping those with autism. It’s happening Saturday, October 7th at 9 AM at Oasis Farm in Red Bank.
Sunday, October 8th it’s Belmar’s Octoberfest, from 11 to 5 PM on Main Street in Belmar. Enjoy German food, live music, oompah bands, beer garden, games, contests, kid’s activities and more.
Sunday, October 8th Manasquan hosts their Annual Wine & Beer Festival (rain date Oct 15th). With tastings from local breweries, plenty of great music and food.
