Joe Giudice Likely to be Deported to Italy – Will Teresa Follow?

Joe Giudice, the husband of the Teresa Giudice from 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' lost his appeal to avoid deportation to Italy on Thursday.

News 12 is reporting his attorneys are "extremely disappointed" by the Board of Immigration's decision and have appealed to the federal circuit court in Philadelphia.

Joe and Teresa both pleaded guilty to financial fraud in 2014. Joe was brought to the United States when he was a baby and therefore was never a U.S. citizen. He claims he wasn't aware of his citizenship status.

Joe Giudice was released from prison last month and was sent to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in southeast Pennsylvania.

Teresa who served about a year in jail told Andy Cohen very casually on 'Watch What Happens Live' that she had no intention on going to Italy with her husband if he gets deported. The couple has four daughters.
