No matter where you run, you cannot escape fitness!

The former  A&P store on Route 35 in Aberdeen is now going to become an LA Fitness. Although the shopping center's landlord could not be reached, it is being estimated that the fitness center will take about a year to build.

"We are totally pleased that this is a great start to rebuilding that shopping center," said Mayor Fred Taglrini. "As a township, we couldn't be more pleased to have that building occupied with a vibrant company."

Now that there is what the mayor referred to as an "anchor tenant," he encourages other Mom and Pop businesses to also come to the area with hopes of completely revamping the shopping center.

He is also hoping that a grocery store can be brought in so that this center offers the whole package.
