Let’s Share Some Shore Love with a 3-Year-Old Boy Battling Cancer

Freddie turned 3 on Friday. He's a tremendously strong little boy with down syndrome who is courageously battling cancer. His mother is hoping to keep the birthday vibes alive by getting as many birthday cards for her boy as possible.

Charleston, South Carolina's Freddie has been fighting leukemia since the beginning of the year, and he's on his fourth round of chemotherapy. He's been in the hospital a total of 96 days.

Freddie's Mom told Fox 4 that "[Freddie] loves music. He loves to dance. His favorites right now are Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Imagine Dragons, and Pharell. He loves visiting his dad at the fire station.
