New Jersey Dreaming Big: Mega Millions Jackpot Soars, While Lucky Residents Claim $10,000
Maybe it's wishful thinking, but there's been a lot of talk about the winning happening in New Jersey lately on scratch-off games, so maybe the big Mega Millions winner will also be from New Jersey.
It's fun to dream big, right?!
The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions drawing is at $825 million!
I can't even comprehend that amount of money, but eventually, someone's going to win and maybe just maybe it'll be someone from New Jersey.
Although no one won the big prize just yet, there were three $10,000 winners from New Jersey in Tuesday's drawing.

$10,000 Winners
There were 3 tickets sold in New Jersey, worth $10,000 each, at these 3 locations, according to NJ.com.
1.) Acme on Dunns Mills Road in Bordentown, Burlington County
2.) ShopRite on Route 22 in Branchburg, Somerset County
3.) Hartford Market on Hartford Road in Delran, Burlington County
If someone is lucky enough to win Friday night it would be the 13th largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history and the 7th largest Mega Millions prize, according to the article.
If you're wondering what your odds of winning are, NJ.com says you have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance of a ticket matching five numbers, but not the Mega Ball.
If that's the case you would win at least $1 million.
I could live with that!
The winners of those lucky scratch-offs I was talking about earlier were sold in Cherry Hill, North Wildwood, and Deptford, each claiming a million-dollar prize!
