Missing Child: 13-year old from Stafford last seen around lunchtime Saturday

Sunday morning Update:

Stafford Police issued an update on the search for missing 13-year old Jomyaah Alston-Hart saying that their investigation determined she is a frequent runaway and has left the Ocean County area heading south and was last seen in Pleasantville.

"We have reason to believe that she may be with aquaintances in the Altantic City area. Stafford Police are continuing to do everything possible to return her home safely. We appreciate everyone’s continued thoughts and prayers."

Stafford Township Police have issued a missing persons alert for an at-risk 13-year old girl who was last seen around 12:39 pm on Saturday afternoon.

Jomyaah Alston-Hart is 5’1, thin build, and last seen wearing a multicolored purple jacket, backpack, jeans, black sneakers.

Police said she was last seen walking alone from 98 Altantis Avenue towards Breakers Drive in Ocean Acres.

All residents in the area are urged to review any surveillance cameras and contact the Stafford Police with any information regarding her location at (609) 597-8581.
