Driving In New Jersey This Holiday Season? You’re Going To Need Patience
Patience Is Key On New Jersey Roads This Holiday Season
This time of year, you tend to see a lot more aggressive drivers on the roads. Here in New Jersey, that's pretty much a year-round issue, but during the holidays it definitely feels even worse.
Everyone's rushing around town, trying to squeeze in shopping, returns, get-togethers, and making it home on time. And often, that stress shows up behind the wheel.

And then on the flip side, there is such a thing as being too nice on the road during the holidays.
Yes, nice!
Recently, I watched a driver wave several cars through an intersection, thinking they were being courteous. Instead, they nearly caused a major accident. Sometimes the safest thing to do is let cars go when it's actually their turn, rather than trying to direct traffic yourself.
With the roads expected to be extra busy this holiday season, make sure to pack your patience and give yourself plenty of extra time. You're going to need it!
