Major Recall Issued as Dangerous ‘Foreign Material’ Found in New Jersey Snack Food
Nothing hits the spot like your favorite snack with a heaping helping of "foreign material."
A popular snack food sold in New Jersey Walmarts and Targets has been flagged for containing metal.

Fox News Business reports that this recall was originally announced on February 21, 2025, but the FDA has since upgraded it to a Class II threat.
The FDA says a Class II recall involves items that:
may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.
The recall concerns 15,874 cases of oyster crackers from Target's "Market Pantry" and Walmart's "Great Value" brands.
While specifics aren't available, some crackers are said to be contaminated by stainless steel wire. Yum!
New Jersey isn't the only state where these crackers have been sold. The FDA says these snacks hit shelves in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
