The messages look official, so I can totally see how someone who's busy or distracted could accidentally click on a link, and before they even realize it, their accounts have been hacked, and they're out a lot of money.

Not too long ago, I got a suspicious text regarding EZPass. It said I owed unpaid toll money and demanded payment right away, but I deleted it immediately.
