Consumer Reports is out with a survey that ranks our gripes both on the road and in parking lots.

Driving in New Jersey can bring the mean out of even the most mild-mannered person. The most annoying behavior (according to the survey): Hands down, it's watching someone about to drift into you and cause an accident because they are texting while driving.

The second most annoying behavior: Able-bodied drivers parking in handicapped spaces.

In third, it's someone tailgating you...always fun when there's nowhere for you to go to get away from this crazy driver that will slam right into you if you so much as take your foot off the gas pedal.

The fourth most annoying complaint: Drivers who cut you off. Enough said.

In fifth place: Speeders who will blow past you at 100 mph and miss hitting you by a hair. Of course there is NEVER  a cop around to see this.

Other annoying behaviors on the list include taking up two parking spots, not using a turn signal, drivers going so slow that your stress level goes through the roof, and, finally drivers who simply won't let you merge into a lane. Who ARE these people and why won't they let us GET OFF THE RAMP AND ONTO THE ROAD?!

Well....at least you know you're not the only one dealing with it! I feel like cursing just from reading these complaints.....and now I have to get back on the road and drive home. Ugh.
