If there's one thing we know how to do in New Jersey, it's food.  There's no other state that can compare with us. We go over the top, and we're not ashamed of it.

When most people think of barbeques, they think of your typical menu items like hamburgers, hot dogs, and maybe chicken.  And of course, there's the potato salad, macaroni salad, and cole slaw.

Sure, we've got all that at New Jersey barbeques.  But we also cook a lot more.  If you don't have your guests leaving feeling like they need to take a nap, you feel like you've done something wrong.
