Let's take a stroll down memory lane.

These retailers were hopping back in the day. Maybe you've heard your folks talk about these stores and were left scratching your head. Maybe you, yourself shopped at these stores.

Remember when we shopped at stores? Believe it or not, we actually tried on clothes while still in the store. There were these things called "fitting rooms."

Before we could make a two-click purchase on Amazon, we would walk up and down aisles. Back in the day, you could really get steps in at a mall.

Of course, you can still do these things, but why bother when within days you can have whatever your heart desires delivered right to your door.

Maybe you like the convenience of online shopping? Call me old school, but I miss shopping at some of these stores. I really miss being able to walk into Sam Goody and check out the latest releases. The nostalgia around Blockbuster is so powerful that they made a documentary out of it.

Don't see an old-school store you miss on the list? Let me know. Matt@943thepoint.com.

Whether this will be a history lesson or throwback to the days before online shopping, this is pretty cool.
