NJ TRANSIT Offers Free Month Of Travel For College Students
If you're a current college student you know money can be tight.
Between tuition, food, transportation, monthly bills, and spending money, if there's any chance for you to save a little on your monthly expenses, of course, that would be welcome news.
A new promotion from NJ TRANSIT is helping students do just that by offering a free month of travel.
NJ TRANSIT is expanding its Student Pass fare options to include not just full-time students, but part-time students as well. This is especially great news for those commuting to and from campus.
To be eligible for the program you have to be taking at least 2 courses.
According to NJ TRANSIT, the Student Pass offers a free month of travel.
To qualify students at a partner college or university must buy a Student Monthly pass for 3 consecutive months (September, October, and November) to get 1 month free (December) by using the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App.
Here's a list of the participating schools in the NJ TRANSIT University Partnership Program, provided by NJ TRANSIT.
