There has been a lot of speculation of what will be taking the place of the Pathmark in Toms River.

Well now, we have the answer -- get ready because an Urban Air Adventure Park is coming to Toms River and hopefully will have their grand opening this June!

According to NJ.com, Urban Air Adventure Park is basically, "a kids' adventure complex filled with trampolines, climbing wall, a rope course with a series of dangling lines, a 'tubes playground' where kids can pretend they're giant hamsters, bumper cars, a mini-zipline, virtual reality games and more."

It gets even better -- the prices for entry are super affordable. The predicted price points will be $19.99 for the "basic" attractions and $29.99 for the "ultimate" adventure.

Now just keep your fingers crossed that adults are allowed too!
