What Makes The Perfect Day According To Residents

How about an early morning walk on any New Jersey boardwalk and dinner out at your favorite spot in town?

While answers will vary from person to person, a new study has come up with what is considered the formula for the "perfect" day, according to research.

An article in the New York Post describes how thousands of people took part in the recent survey, examining how people spend their time on more than 100 activities, including exercise, screen time, and spending time with family and friends.

If it was considered a "good" day, how much time was spent doing the activities that helped to make the day more enjoyable?

The one thing I noticed that was not part of the equation was sleep!

I would definitely put in at least an hour nap to make it a "perfect" day.

From exercising to spending time with family, here is what research has described as the "perfect" day.
