The Best Thermostat Temperature During the Winter Months

The experts say there's a temperature that works best.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, the best temperature to keep your thermostat is between 68 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit while you're awake.

You can always set it lower while you're sleeping or away from your home.

The World Health Organization recommends between 64 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit for healthy people and 68 degrees for the very young, the elderly, and those with health problems.

I'm comfortable with 68 to 70 degrees.
