Buying and Selling during the Coronavirus pandemic is a necessity for some Jersey Shore residents and many realtors are taking the proper precautions to assist their clients during this challenging time.  Customized, interactive video visits have taken virtual tours to an entirely new level as agents provide perspective buyers with the opportunity to virtually view a home while asking questions.  Traditional open houses are now offered virtually as well.  After livestreaming the virtual showings, web- conferencing can be used for presenting offers and other parts of the closing process.
